Nice layout
I really like course but the drought has really hurt the conditions. Hopefully rain today and tomorrow will improve it. Greens were good but fairways were mostly browned out. Last time I played it was in better shape
Drought taking its toll
I had a great time and will most certainly return. The reason for my lower score this time around was due to the overall condition. Two factors most prevalent are the burned out fairways in different areas and the presence of geese poop on some of the greens, most notably #13. Plans need to be put in place to remediate these issues to justify higher greens fees. All that being said the staff is personable, the layout is nice, pace of play is good and as a single I’ve been fortunate to be paired with some great playing partners. The course will be back to 100% once the cooler weather returns. Certainly worth the trip!!
Atlantic City Trip
Like playing this course on our way back home from Atlantic City. Always start on time and pace of play is good because they space out starting times.
Tees, traps and greens are in good shape.
Should offer Senior rates at more times.
Great layout
Course is fun and a great layout…but lack of rain and aerated greens simply distracted from overall experience.
Ugh
Haven't been their since covid was disappointed with the course hope they pick up the conditions and time of play
It's ok.
This course is a typical "resort" or "tourist" course. First off, it's not 7200 yards, it's 6600 from the tips. It's a wide open layout and an easy track for single digit handicappers. The price was down because of arrification, which I will give them credit, they did advertise. I would not pay anymore to play the course even in perfect condition. The round was delayed because of fog and the pace of play was ridiculous. My initial tee time was 933am and after the delay and round I left at almost 4pm. The staff was very kind and welcoming, but let 20+ handicaps dictate whether they would allow the staff to create 4somes. Overall, it was a lackluster day at an okay course that took too long and was overpriced, but that is expected at tourist traps.
A let down from last time
This course is usually a great place to play. Today there was no aeration warning. Each of the greens were covered with aeration marks. The fairways were in the worst shape I have seen, hitting half of the shots off of dirt. The ranger was driving around for show only, as our playing round was nearly 6 hours (not including a weather delay). The course was overbooked and we waited 5-10 minutes and each shot it seemed
Good Day, Noce people
Course was in good shape considering the recent dry & hot weather.
Could be better
Course was aerated, more than half the aeration holes not filled with sand.
Most fairways were in decent shape ( for the dry hot weather we’ve had). Good layout & staff. For a course that sometimes charges over $130 a round you’d expect better facilities ( like a locker room & showers).
Only saw the cart girl once on a 90 plus degree day.
The winery next door is a plus.
Price on Golf Now was decent but if this place wants to be a top level course & charge over $100 for a round they need to step up its game in a few places.
This place has the potential to be top notch but not there yet.
Mediocre conditions
Several spots throughout the course are burnt out or there is a fungus. Suspect the lack of rain has contributed to several holes having issues. About 4-6 white tee boxes had little if any grass
Great Day
Course Plus in great shape considering the lack of rain that we’ve had. Nice job to the superintendent and his staff.
Summer heat
Played here last month and really enjoyed the course. The heat has really taken a toll on the course. Fairways were burnt out. Greens were in good shape but extremely slow.
