Seaview, A Dolce Hotel
About Seaview, A Dolce Hotel
Seaview, A Dolce Hotel, was founded in 1914 as an exclusive country club. It has a long history of hosting professional golfers, presidents, rock stars and celebrities. In 1942, Sam Snead won the PGA Championship on a combination of holes of what is now Seaview's Pines and Bay courses. The Bay course, a regular host of the LPGA Tour, delivers the views beyond Reeds Bay to the Atlantic City Skyline. The hotel includes 34,500 square feet of meeting and event space, indoor and outdoor pools, three restaurants and a fitness center. The historic charm of the interior feels like a trip back in time.Facts

Love this course
We had a great day for this time of year! This course is difficult, but beautiful.
Play where the Pro’s play
Finally got to play this Ross/Flynn gem. Short by todays length standard but the greens, if tour speed, will even the scores out. Following the LPGA ladies around this course shows you how good they really are. Great October afternoon on this challenging course(Bay)
Worth the price of admission
Not the same
Played here before, did not meet our expectations.
The pine course was not up to par, could have been better, for the price.
Course was in great condition after the summer and amount of play on the course.
We were a twosome the starter put us out starting at Hole #5 and we finished in 3 hours great job by the starter
Post ShopRite Classic tourney
Holes 1-4 were a bit wet from the rain and prior play, last 3 holes had excellent greens
Great Course
Played during week of LPGA Shoprite classic at Seaview. Course was in immaculate condition, greens smooth and fast. Some Tee boxes were a bit rough. Pace of play was good, staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will play again!
Enjoyable golf course
Tee boxes were something to be desired, some under reconstruction. Greens were in great shape, as were fairways. Some complained about sand, but, I found bunkers to be consistent and fair. Layout was enjoyable with some very long par fours and entertaining back to back par fives and par threes.
Old favorite
Always enjoy this course. Course itself was In great shape. The infasturctre needs attention. Steps to tee boxes and cart paths are in rough shape.
Seaview in my rear view
Played this track a couple times in the winter of 2012 and recall not being impressed.
Now in 2021, I’m a lot less impressed after paying $125. It’s worth less than a quarter of that.
Pines not up to the normal conditions
I really enjoy this course and layout however many par 3 and some 4’s in poor shape. Disappointed to say that as previous games and conditions decent.
SLOW
SLOW
I was playing front nine alone stuck between a slow group on the green and a slow group in front of them. A hyper single behind me all day. The hyper single had another single behind him .
Unreasonable, and this falls directly on management.
Pace is unacceptable
2nd visit
Played here earlier in the season, today some of the tees are in rough shape, starting with #1, and the par 3's.. Might be better off mowing some grass off to the side to get a better stance. The fairways and greens were in fine condition. It was a beautiful day to be on the course.
