Seaview, A Dolce Hotel
About Seaview, A Dolce Hotel
Seaview, A Dolce Hotel, was founded in 1914 as an exclusive country club. It has a long history of hosting professional golfers, presidents, rock stars and celebrities. In 1942, Sam Snead won the PGA Championship on a combination of holes of what is now Seaview's Pines and Bay courses. The Bay course, a regular host of the LPGA Tour, delivers the views beyond Reeds Bay to the Atlantic City Skyline. The hotel includes 34,500 square feet of meeting and event space, indoor and outdoor pools, three restaurants and a fitness center. The historic charm of the interior feels like a trip back in time.Facts

Seaview Pines
This course use to be a great course , the bunkers had very little sand , some were fill with water , I don’t care if it rained nite before or not ! Your supposed to be a five star resort ! Some bunkers that were dry had very little sand . The ruff is starting to get out of control, the greens need to rolled too slow, tee box’s are shredded no grass .
Tee boxes were in terrible condition. Hope this is addressed in the off-season
Michael’s Round
A beautiful golf course. But, crazy as it sounds, maybe over staffed. Was asked several times my name and when was my tee time. Only saw cart girl once and she was out of hot dogs. Twelve holes later they arrived. Tee boxes worst I’ve ever seen. Maybe we’ll play “Bay Course” next time.
Great course
Great layout, conditions were excellent. Definitely a must play!
Good but not great
Pines course was good. Not worth 125$. Pace was good. Tee boxes were a mess. Staff was great. But the price is a little steep for average course conditions.
We spent too much time looking for balls in the first cut of rough. Between the length of the grass and the grass clippings, it was difficult to see balls even when within couple yards. I think this slowed down overall play. The heavy rough is just penal, which is ok. But frustrating to spend so much time looking for balls just off the fairway.
Greens were in good shape.
really liked this course
so different from bay course
no views but no flies
so peaceful to be out in the trees greens in great shape fairways good tee boxes bad but who cares
