Starter Marshall very rude wasn’t paying attention to the incoming play and decided to yell at us, for not stopping when he was too busy to even look at us.(unknown what he was doing to ignore us. He handle the situation very wrong and continued to belittle us with his tone!

Did not start well with the experience for my brothers and my son for their first time in the course. They were ready to leave at the number one tee box. Talked them down and we played the course.

Course in decent shape, flow of play was good.

Unfortunately this is one of two public course we can play and so no choice if we want to play it is this one because it is in better shape. As long as we don’t start with the starter Marshall again.

I am a total amateur having only started playing 8 months ago so I’m no expert. I loved the friendly service and staff they even got us on the 1st tee ahead of our scheduled appointment.

I just love playing here. It’s in great condition. It’s beautiful. Wildlife sightings are always a treat! The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate us especially during this covid time. Melissa and the whole crew are awesome! Highly recommended!!!!

Course was in good shape especially for a public venue . Greens were nice and green, and very fast. Play was very fast. Course was challenging but rewards you with good shots . I would definitely play it again

Love the course. Starts with a friendly staff and starter. Followed by a true and challenging links outward nine. Then followed by a whole new nine of hills and trees and exquisite layout. And the price is right. Highly recommend this course.

Always enjoy playing the Links golf course when I’m in Ruidoso. Convenient and very courteous service there. The greens are fun to putt on.

Awesome greens and superb fairways and tee boxes. The staff really work hard to keep this course in top condition and it shows. Pretty easy course and not a lot of hazards but extremely fun!

We stayed at the MCM Eleganté next door, it was our honeymoon! We've been to The Links before but this time we had a wonderful woman who drove around selling snacks and drinks. We bought drinks from her and the the next round of drinks she gave us free for being newlyweds. She was very kind! She really made the experience for us. We went through all 18 holes of the course... it took us 4.5 hours because we were out there taking our time enjoying the experience. They have the tee times set up about 30 minutes apart so you gotta keep up with the holes or you'll wanna let them pass you up... which we did about 4 times... Anyways, hahah. We had a great time out there... lost balls, found balls and even seen some deer! Also, i'd recommend getting familiar with the course and where the bathrooms are. Thankfully we passed one on the course at the right time. Snacks included a sandwich and chips combo as well as misc snacks. They had alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. I highly recommend stopping at The Links at Sierra Blanca.

As a superintendent the tees and greens were in excellent shape. The course over all was in great shape even with the drought.

The staff was wonderful and the course was in good shape. Would recommend this course to any one passing through beautiful Ruidoso. Even if you don t have clubs, the staff will take care of you. Plus the course has scenic views from all directions.
