The MCM Elegante Lodge and Resort in Ruidoso is adjacent to the Links at Sierra Blanca and the one million acres of the Lincoln National Forest. With 64 suites and 54 rooms spread across three floors, the 75,000-square-foot hotel offers free hot breakfast, private balconies, in-room fireplaces, full kitchens or kitchenettes, two-person whirlpool tubs, Bath & Body amenities, a saltwater indoor swimming pool, open air patios and outside guest grills and a firepit. The adjacent White Mountain Recreation Complex sports two tennis courts, two pickleball courts, four basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, a 2.9-mile track for walking, running or cycling and multipurpose fields for baseball, flag football and soccer. There is a large divided, fenced dog park for large and small dogs.Facts

Extremely friendly course.
This Links course is very forgiving, with great character and stunning views. Have played it multiple times and it is always in great shape. The greens are challenging and very rewarding. The weather is usually mild and the staff treat you like with great courtesy and are very helpful. Can't wait to play it again!

Fun round with perfect weather
Got a great online deal for $50. Weather was 58 degrees with very little wind. A lot of different hole designs which was fun. Greens were in excellent conditions. Would definitely play again.

Windy & Linksy
Good track. From very much a links style course, very exposed to the wind. Back plays more of a mix between parkland and links. More trees to block the wind. Greens are tricky, tough to read but also do not give you a true roll. Very bumpy. Overall a great course and fun to play

Friendliest Staff
I come to Ruidoso every summer and sometimes several times. I always try to play the links because of the course and the wonderful staff that they have. They treat you like they are always glad to see you. The course has a great layout and it's always a good time. Everybody should try it out.

Great course! Needs a little TLC
The Links is a great Course near the center of Ruidoso. Fun to play great surroundings. A little TLC would do wonders. For example this sign that shows the direction the hole number four is really pitiful looking. Small little improvements like that and just general TLC on the course would make it even better!

Links and Pines
Front nine links course wide open an a lot of fun; back nine position/target golf still a lot of fun. Yes I would play Sierra Blanca Links again.

Mountain Golf
The practice range & putting green are very good and after a few visits, the staff recognized me and knew my usually requested medium bucket of balls. The course is an interesting mix with a links feel to the front nine and woodlands on the way in. This course is fun to play, the staff is friendly and I’ll look forward to playing it again next summer.
