The Hyatt Regency Long Island is home to 358 guestrooms and suites, many of which overlook the Wind Watch Golf & Country Club. The hotel offers a heated indoor pool and hot tub and a seasonal outdoor pool as well. The 24-hour StayFit Gym features various courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball as well as all the necessary strength and cardio equipment. The Nu Restaurant and Lounge serve up a menu with a variety of cocktails, entrees and small plates. Fast greens
Overall, good pace and green is in prime condition. It explains the green fee. Can do better on range ball quantity for what you pay. Would be nice to offer walking rates. But green is great.

Awesome expect for the pace
Course is excellent as always however I think we played a Friday morning round in just under 5 hours…

Special Place
Played Wind Watch recently the course was immaculate. The greens crazy fast but rolled true. It a difficult test of golf but so worth it. The staff was amazing. All is good over at Wind Watch.

Wind Watch - 1st tee time
The rising sun was a challenge on the 1st hole - blinding!. The greens were in excellent condition! I wasn't ready for that having played other courses whose greens were considerably slower. The fairways are always tight so off the tee - a straight drive better be part of your game.
The only 2 drawbacks to the course were the divots from last year that have not been repaired. And the golfers that play there do NOT fix their ball marks on the green. I was the 6am tee time - I must have fixed a minimum of 4 per green.

A true gem on Long Island.
The course was in amazing condition. The greens had been cut and rolled. They were very fast and rolled true. Fairways and rough were cut. The carts were new and in great shape. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Super golf course.

Best greens
Had a very nice round. Course is nice... greens are firm and kinda fast., fairways nicely manicured. Trees not grown out yet so course is wide open. On course restroom facilities, snackbar and drink cart available. Staff very nice. I would definitely make commute from Brooklyn again.

Great Shape.
The course was in amazing shape considering most courses this time of yr are still primming and proping for the big crowds soon to come. This just tells me the care that goes into maintaining the course is year round at Wind watch. The staff was very pleasant and the carts were top notch, minus the GPS, but no loss since most of us have GPS watches and range finders. My only knock on the place was the 18th hole. Odd hole. Dog leg left. Landing spot for 2nd is severe uphill, may e 7 or 6 iron. The. Another uphill shot probably 8 or 9 iron. On the tee box at first glance, I was lost. So was my 5 wood. Lesson learned. Looking fwd to next time. Great course!

Really solid course!
The course shape & layout was really solid.
There was some really challenging holes which will test any golfer’s abilities.
Only hole I thought was quirky was hole 18.
Could be a better finishing hole.
