Helpless
I don’t mind paying money to go to a nice golf course as for the shape of the course it lives up to the money however it shouldn’t take 5 1/2 hours to play golf no food on the course I was told when I started at 10 AM that there would be food by the turn when I end my day and got back to the clubhouse, I asked what happened to the food. They told me it was at the turn, neither me or the people I was playing with so any sort of food at the turn we were told it was on the eighth or ninth hole. There was a bathroom there but no food. The pace of play was horrendous not once did we see a Ranger to speed things up? I had people hitting up on me meanwhile there were six golf carts waiting in a hole. This is ridiculous and this is why I will not be coming back not for the money but for the value of my money.
Great pace of play, wasn’t too busy
Good to see a lot of workers on the course, the only negative, which in a long run will be a positive is the tees were top dressed.
Great shape
The course is in great shape! It’s expensive but the it’s best public course in Suffolk county right now
What happened???
I haven’t played this course in many years and was shocked by its poor condition. Granted it’s early but this not a well maintained course. Divots everywhere! Not filled in. Sand traps with rakes in center of trap and not groomed in weeks if not months. Virtually no staff. Golf carts without water in ball cleaners. This is a bad public course but once was a proud property
