C'mon folks let's Play ready golf
A threesome in a cart held us up all day
They teed off at 11 and we're still on the 18th at 430....
I gave up on the 17th
Jumped ahead to the 18th
They ruined what would have been a lovely day
C'mon folks!!!!
Slow play
Lots of people walking very slowly
We left after 3 hours to play 9
Catskills golf
Great layout. First 9 around mountain with great views, back 9 tight through trees. Only problem was no mowed fairway. Grass was same depth entire width of hole. Maybe they let it grow so it wouldn’t burn up from lack of rain during summer🤷🏼♂️ Enjoyed the round. Course was challenging and fun!
Great course for the price
Course was in rough shape but I’m not going to hold that against them because of the dry weather the area has had recently. Greens were nice, fairways were rough. Challenging layout, very narrow on most holes. If you don’t hit the ball straight, be ready to spend a lot of time in the woods on the back 9, front 9 is a bit more forgiving.
Challenging but fun
I really like this course, although it's a little closed in with trees and the greens are very challenging, hard to read. On this outing, the course was very dry with little fairway grass.
Still a good deal.
Very Scenic
Beautiful scenery with mountain views. Every hole is different. The greens were a bit slow, but in excellent condition. The fairways were hard and dry, but it's mid July and most courses in the area are quite dry. We took a cart, but the course is certainly walker friendly.
A bit disappointed
Friendly staff upon arrival. Got me off early. First 3 holes went great then turned into a super slow pace of play. Greens were in good condition but were very slow. Fairways and tee box’s were very hard and burned up. A fairly tight course and a nice layout. Couldn’t just hit driver off every tee. Course would have been rated much higher by me if pace of play was better and fairways were not so dry. Both are hit and miss depending on weather and who you get stuck behind. Not really the courses fault.
