Spring Golf! Photo submitted by Sshipper on 03/09/2022
very nice place to play.
Excellent course. Pace good. Very good value.
Would recommend to all golfers coming to myrtle beach.
.
Beautiful course
A very enjoyable round of golf. Didn't play my best round but still had fun. Very challenging and good layout. The course was in great shape with true greens. Would play again if I stay in the area.
Great character
This was a very enjoyable round of golf. The course was in good condition. The greens were a bit wooly and slow due to recent rains.
Nice Course
Course was in OK shape for the amount of rain that had fallen over a 4 day period. The soggy course played a lot longer than it would have if the course was dry. On a 260 yard drive the ball would roll about 3 yards maximum. That being said I really enjoyed the course and would play again. The husband and wife I got paired up with were not friendly at all and maybe spoke 3 times over 9 holes. At the turn they went for food so I continued to play on alone. Greens were in great shape. Only saw the beverage cart once and that was on the 11th hole and then she drove on by even when I waved at her while I was in the middle of the fairway. Sand traps were very wet which made it very difficult to get a clean hit out.
Beautiful course and a great value
I pretty much fell in love with this course when I played it, my favorite round at Myrtle Beach this week. We scored a great deal online, and I was shocked at how much bang for the buck it delivered. The course is absolutely beautiful, it winds through neighborhoods like so many other modern courses but the homes are set far enough back to be pleasant to look at while not being part of the course. The staff were friendly and the food was both tasty and a good value, there was even a decent beer special. The course is a little bit of a hike if you are staying in Myrtle Beach, much more accessible if you are staying in North MB. The course had received a lot of rain over the past several days and was cart path only for darn good reason, on a normal day we would have finished in under four hours from our 1 PM start. Highly recommended.
Good Day
Course was in great shape, but it was cart path only due to the rain from previous week. Pace was very slow, and Marshalls should work on this. Staff in clubhouse and bag drop were great.
good course, good value
the golf course was in good condition and a good value. I would play this course again
Challenging but Fair
The course played a little slow because it was cart path only, because it had rained the previous four days. The course was damp in some spots but the greens were in great shape. For the amount of rain that the area had, the course was in great shape a tru testament to the staff.
Consistently Good.
Have played this course every year for 15 years. Never disappointed by the course or treatment by staff. One of the most enjoyable courses on the Strand.
This course has great features.
This course has good maintenance. I would like to come again.
Course is in great condition!
Well done to the grounds crew to have the course in such fantastic condition. Of all the courses played in the NC/SC area, this was the best conditions I have played.
The course was challenging in that several greens had protective bunkers, and the water was in play on several holes if a good shot was not struck.
The greens were very fast and firm, with moderate undulations. Variety of tee boxes provided good options for long and short hitters.
Amazing
I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The fairways and greens were the best. I have golfed on a lot of coarses & this is the BEST.
Excellent Course
One of the best rounds of golf I have ever had. Staff was awesome and the course was great. The only problem was they were cutting grass while we were golfing.
Nice course
The course is in good shape and can be challenging.
The course is challenging
The course is in good shape and the pace of play was very good.
Great Course and facilities!
Starters and bag drop staff were great. The clubhouse staff not so much. The guy working the counter at check in needs to do something besides dealing with people. Very rude. As was th girl working in the bar area. If you can look past that you will enjoy the course and will want to go back.
A very enjoyable outing
I would recommend the course to family or friends....we had a very enjoyable outing...
vacation golf
Course was in good shape and the staff was very helpful.
well maintained corse
With 27 holes and an observant starter we played the course without having to wait on golfers ahead of us the entire round! It was a very enjoyable afternoon.
We will play Brunswick Plantation again and it will probably be even more enjoyable now that we know where some of the shots need to be played.
Course right in front of you. Not too hard
Nice course especially for price. If your staying in condo you can get it for less. Not much trouble and greens not too quick
Played the course twice in early October. The fairways were wide and lush. Tee boxes mostly elavted with large greens that held the ball and putted true. The sandtraps were fluffy with new white sand and groomed.
I thought is was a beautiful course with mild rough and just enough trees and water to keep it interesting and channenging!
