Olde beau was beautiful
Beautiful course, challenging, good to step up your golf game. However, pace of play was terrible. At multiple points we had had three teams waiting to hit off the same tee box. Definitely overbooked on a Saturday. We did play Sunday as well, pace of play was better, but still had to wait to tee off at every tee.
Great course, great condition
You will not be upset by this course and the spectacular views. Great condition course as well (and I can be very picky about course conditions). Staff great and challenging course. The bad reviews are probably because of the course difficulty but I don't think that should be a factor. Be ready for steep banks and extreme elevation changes. Don't forget to have your range finder set to include slope!
Amazing views
Awesome course what you would imagine a mountain course would be and then some from the views to the wildlife great greens sweet fairways a great challenge for any level of golfer0
Olde beau
Olde beau is always amazing. Beautiful scenery and plush fairways. Immaculate greens. Just wish the price wasn't so steep some days. I'd play it more often.
Great mountain course
This course lived up to the hype. Conditions were very good along with the views. The greens were awesome.
Excellent mountain course
Winding through the trees and hills, this course is very challenging with several blind tee boxes, narrow chutes, doglegs and elevation changes. Towards the end you're rewarded with amazing views, you will take pictures but they wont do it justice... Epic track!
Fantastic mountain golf course
Great course condition, friendly staff, great pace of play. Back nine had some challenging holes which make me want to come back and play the course again.
Super chill
Staff was very laid back and accommodating. Let us have the option of playing with a single or not. Course was in great shape and pace of play was fantastic. Only minor thing was the range was mats only but everything else was superb.
Scenery
Great scenery on almost every whole. Very fun to play and well kept. I’ll definitely make the 1 1/2 trip to play again.
Hard to play this mountain course at cart path only, not very wet but not are decisions. Had to call the office because of a group of 6 playing in front of us.
A mountain course
I googled best mountain courses and Olde Beau happened to be in my path of travel. The price was really good and the condition was great. I noticed there were a couple of other courses really close by, but I don’t know anything about them. If you’re thinking about a golf trip, I would probably stay at the resort there because the accommodations in the area are not the best.
Hills & Mountains everywhere!
We met friends at Olde Beau that have a cabin & play often in West Jefferson. While they were much more used to mountain golf, they agreed that this course was much more challenging than their home course. That being said, it was in great shape & we had a blast!
Amazing Track
Do not miss this place! Course is in great shape from tee to green and everything in between. I will be playing here as often as I can. Played from the blues and challenged myself. Makes the par 4 a bit longer.
The views are breathtaking. Please make sure to bring your phone full charged to take pictures. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
