About Omni Grove Park Inn

Omni Grove Park Inn is located in Asheville, North Carolina and features a historic Mountain course designed by Donald Ross. Set in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the AAA Four-Diamond property is on the National Register of Historic Places. There are over 500 guest rooms and suites, plenty of meeting space and ten dining concepts ranging from casual to elegant dinner concepts. There is an onsite spa, indoor and outdoor pools and a sports complex featuring a fitness club and classes, personal training, tennis and racquetball. Shopping and restaurants in downtown Asheville are minutes away, as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway, River Arts District and the North Carolina Arboretum.

Classic Layout. Resort Course. Expensive.

Played an early morning round in just over three hours which was great. Was in the low 40's until the sun came up. Two great guys to meet and play with. Loved the layout. Conditions were good. Pro shop guy was very nice and helpful. Carts guys not so much; felt like they just worked there to get free golf. Did not clean clubs or say "how was your round"; no tip for them. Granted that this is fall prime time and the weekend, but was expensive at $150. Would definitely play again at a more reasonable rate.

Great old style layout. Beautiful with great conditions.

Should have rakes on the carts but that was my only (minor) criticism.

A very nice hilly course in very good condition

Very enjoyable round with a lot of hole diversity. The course was in excellent condition but the bunkers were not in good shape. Weather and Covid may be a factor I guess.

First Time fabled course

Heard a lot about it and looked forward to it. Experience met expectations. Abit disappointed in pace of play but also realized as a five star resort people pay a premium for golf and are going to take time. Still just over 4.5 hours so can't argue too much
