Great course conditions
Course was in excellent shape. Located on the north end of Sunriver the Woodlands is just a few miles from Bend. The course is tree lined with old growth Ponderosa pines and depending upon the tees you play it can be very challenging.
New Bunkers and Greens are the best in C.O.
New bent grass greens from 2015 are perfect. They renovated all the bunkers this year. The look of the new fescue bunkers are great and makes the course look awesome. Definitely the best public course in C.O.The scenic views are awesome almost as if you are playing at the base of Mt Bachelor, and the Backyard is a great outdoor bar for post golf beverages.
Good Times
Perfect course for a fun day of golf! Great greens and layout.
Go Vikings!!
Great course with friendly people. Ask for Don!!!
WOW!
What an upgrade with the new bunkers and greens! Fun track.
Go Vikings!!!
great course!! Had fun. Get out and play!!
A Must Play Course
Amazing Course. More difficult than it seems. Loved the layout and the setting! Course plays slow on busy days. Staff is amazing and very friendly. Beautiful views and vistas.
Great greens - they play true and are fast!
Awesome Course
Fun and challenging layout. Great staff, good practice area. Good food before and after. On a crowded day pace of play is a concern.
Golf in a great setting.
This course is more challenging than the Sunriver Meadows course, but fun for all golf abilities with a forest setting. We had our family best ball tournament here last month. It was a lot of fun.
Golf in a great setting.
This course is challenging, but forgiving. It's a must play for those visiting or living in central Oregon.
Nice
Nice course. Wouldn't think it's a good value at $100.00 green fees, but a deal on golf now for $40 and it's great.
Shot placement is everything on this course. Nice, fast greens
A Central Oregon Beauty
A great resort Course with fantastic views and great gold holes. A great place to stay and play golf at several of the area courses including the Woodlands course and Crosswater. Very few places have a collection of course this nice.
Top 10 Favorite
I've played this course many times and always look forward to playing it again. It's fair but challenging and always in great shape. The views and setting is fantastic.
Excellent course amazing greens
This course is in the best shape and looks picture perfect! It is challenging yet enjoyable play, friendly and knowledgeable pro shop staff, starter very helpful and we got out at scheduled time, marshals do an excellent job at keeping up the pace. Pro shop has a great variety of top brand clothing, hats, and shoes. Very well displayed and organized. I strongly recommend playing this course.
Combines great scenery with challenging golf
Play Woodlands & Meadows a lot and prefer the former. It is less crowded, and fewer high handicappers play it. Strategy and course management are key. Risk/reward options abound. Greens are fast and undulating. Bunkers could do with more sand.
What you see is what you get
Recent modifications have increased challenge (esp. bunkers) and made course more interesting. Plays fair. Firm greens require playing for run out on approaches,
Just Gets Better Every Year
Been playing the Meadows Course since 2009 and they find a way to make it better every year! I played with a Crosswater member, nicest guy. We both managed to avoid the new bunkers, they looked penal! Great day at the Meadows.
Great track!
I was pleasantly surprised by Meadows - the newly redone greens and bunkers are superb, and you can't beat the setting looking out over the Cascades...
Great Experience!!!
Could not have been happier with all aspects of this place. Staff, amenities, and the golf was fantastic!!!! Course was in perfect shape, greens rolled pure and scenery is gorgeous!!! Would recommend a family trip or a friendly tournament gathering between the fellas. Shout out to Chris Neef for making my experience extremely enjoyable!!!
Great course!
Great for all levels of play! Good for families as well. Stay out of the traps!
