Some of the Greens could be a little bit better overall a nice place to play golf

on a perfect day the course had a good pace.

greensand tees and fairways were good.

price was fair.

cart girl was nice and got around several times.

We had a group of 6 guys and wanted to play together with 2 back to back tee times. The staff was not accommodating and treated us like we were being disrespectful and would slow down the pace of play even though we purchased two tee times. They even threatened to kick us out if we combined our group out on the course. Ironically the group ahead of us was slow and we were forced to recombine our group anyway.

Aside from that, the course was not marked with proper signage on where you could take the golf carts, the cart path was extremely damaged, and most of the ball cleaners were broken. We also had issues with our golf carts towards the end of our round (they were struggling getting up the hills).

If this course were better managed, I think it would be a great place to play but I don’t think our group will return unfortunately.

Course gets worse every year. I will NOT play again. Bunkers not maintained, cart paths full of pot holes!

Pocono Manor G.C. is typical of most courses in the Poconos - they are hilly and have blind spots than obscure your hole directions. This course does not present with water or sand traps. Instead, there are mounds that are on the sides of some fairways and in front of or surround the greens. Balls seem to easily disappear on them, so try your best to avoid them. Always be aware of where your ball has landed.

The paths were horrible. This was the first time we played this course and overall was average. The par 3 on the front was very confusing. Don’t think I ever saw a par 3 that you couldn’t see the green at all..Would probably have been better with someone in our group that had played it before.

Manner is an old course and large lots of long drives. Greens need work, not as pristine as they once were but weather has been hot and a little rain lately. My account for some of that. Pace of play was good and the staff are great guys will definitely continue playing this course.

The 77 yard par 3 is nice !

First off golf cart had an issue when applying brakes. Cart number 23. Brakes would not lock. Greens are awful. Cart paths are falling apart. I have been coming to this course for years and as of now it is in the worst condition ever.

Loved this course and the Mountain View’s! Layout is probably more fun on repeat plays. Definitely drive up to see the hole design before taking blind tee shots! Course was in mostly decent condition while some of the cart paths were rough. Would play there all the time if it was closer to home.

Playing there for 40 years. Love the layout! Miss the west course however.. made for great 36!!
