Mrytlewood - Pine Hills
Excellent course, well laid out, well maintained with very friendly and courteous staff. Great value for the money and tremendous golf etiquette of other players, will definitely return.
Teed off late and slow pace of play
Cart shortage for some reason. Conditions and layout good. Would only play again if got a hot deal, but have not seen one.
Nice course, good value
Bunkers being repaired/replaced on many holes, but otherwise the course in good condition and pace of play at 4.25 hrs was great.
I didn't play the course. Thanks to your defaults, it was booked for the wrong day. When I showed up on the day I thought i'd booked, there was no availability.
My experience with Golf Now was frustrating. When I chose a course the date I put in when I started my search changed to a default date of the next available day. I wanted to play the day after that.
Pace of Play
We waited on every shot. We were told that it would take 4:30 to play. We were only 5 minutes over that however they don't tell you that they must of estimated a lot of time for waiting when they calculated that estimate. We played another course the next day and some locals told us that this is always the problem with this course. The said it's a cash cow and they schedule tee times just 7 minutes apart. I asked the marshal if there was someone ahead of us that was really slow. He tried to convince us that we were playing on pace for 4:30 hours. Do not waste your time at this course. You will spend more time watching other golfers then playing yourself. This course could be played in less than 3:30 hours. Many holes had 2 groups waiting.
Extremely rude people
Golf now directions took me to the wrong place. Once I figured it out and drove to the right course, I was 5 minutes late. They told me I couldn't get on course til 3 hrs later. Guy at the front t desk was a pompous arrogant person and extremely rude. While leaving I noticed the greens were in horrible condition. Stay away price is extremely over prices for the condition of the course
Great time and challenging course
Had a great first visit to play Myrtlewood Golf Club Pine Hills course. From the moment you arrived until I departed after a challenging and fun round I was pleased with the friendly staff and course conditions. I'll be back when in town.
