Myrtlewood Golf Club

Course was in great shape throughout the entire round. Played from the whites tees which left me lots of wedge shoots into the greens. Set up with several holes to accommodate right hand players in my opinion. Greens was in good shape as well. Paid $104 which is what it is. The rough is very hard to find your ball in so stay in the fairway! Pro shop had a nice selection of merchandise. Played with a resident and he mentioned the course is normally slammed, but mid Oct is when it slows down and not as busy. I’d recommend Myrtlewood to all golfers. Enjoyed it a lot.

The course was good, pace of place was slightly slow. The Starter was wonderful and made the experience at Myrtlewood better! The Pro Shop staff and restaurant staff were exceptional.

Palmetto course greens and fairways in great condition. T-boxes were ok, but not up to par with the greens and fairways. Be prepared for a lot of doglegs that seem to favor a fade from the tee.

This would be a great course to start a golf trip on. Hard to lose a ball, but challenging enough. Good conditions, but not really any memorable holes. 17 and 18 are nice though!

Had to wait on 3 foursomes to hit on every tee box…. Quit after 9 holes

We Showed up early. We were paired up with a couple of good guys who were playing a second round (replay from Palmetto). We found the Pine Hills course was a little easier than Palmetto. Also, the course was in a little better condition. But the greens were definitely more difficult. Weather was perfect. Pace was good. No serious issues. I'd play again. One not so great thing. Merchandise in the clubhouse was way overpriced. $50 for a ball cap. That's a joke 😃

That's a hard course. The only negatives. They wouldn't give us a cart until a few minutes before our tee-time. Then sent us out early. And they had plenty of carts lined up. It was frustrating 🤔

Played on Saturday PM after rain on Friday. That explained slow greens but holes appeared to have been cut before Friday rain. I expected better.

Had a 2:34 tee time Friday. Beautiful course with a nice layout I was really excited to play. Friendly pro shop staff and starter. Very disappointed when it took 3 and half hour to play front 9. More disappointing was when the ranger came out at 7:05pm at the 14th tee and asked us very rudely to pack it in. I know he was just doing his job but he really sucked at it. Not a people person at all. As we were headed back saw about 24 guys at the 17th tee teeing off in group off 8s. I guess the golf course packed way too many people on the course. I don’t think I’ll be coming back until I know I can finish my round.

The course was in good shape and had greens that rolled pretty well. This is definitely a course you want to play because of the value.

We enjoyed our day at Palmetto. We will come back for sure.

The clubhouse decided to put 2 groups in front of us on number 10... we had 4 groups on one hole !

We enjoyed our day with a nice couple from Pittsburg. The course and the layout were great.

We will play it again before leaving back to Canada.
