Had a great time
Had a great time even with the course being wet in spots
Great day on the golf course
Enjoyed our day on the golf course. Pace of play was great, staff was super friendly. Would play again.
Great Day of Golf
No complaints…pace moved along fairly well, fairways nice, greens a little slow but all in all, a perfect outing at River Oaks!
Great experience
Great price for a fun course and driving range. Greens ran very true. Staff was very friendly. Brand new carts. Played it twice this trip. Best chicken salad sandwich in Myrtle Beach. Seriously!
OK, but not worth the money
Course was in great shape with very fast greens. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. My biggest disappointment was the “replica” course claim. I thought Amen corner was very weak and the green for 16 at Augusta wasn’t almost flat. Other courses in the area are a better value.
Value, good layout
A true value and layout is challenging but fair. Some soft muddy spots on fairways and some greens need some love but all in all a great place to play.
Average gopher
It was ridiculously long. 5 hours around is uncalled for.
Crappy experience
Crappy experience from the start. Got to course and the bag attendant was extremely rude and pushy. Then most fairways on the otter were soaking wet and every bunker had water in it so you couldn't even find your ball.
Fun experience that you won’t regret
Was more than pleased with the whole experience.
Course was in great shape and the staff was very friendly. With groups starting on both sides, the pace of play wasn’t too bad after we made the turn.
The ice cold peppermint towels as we finished up, were a perfect refresher on a hot day.
Condition
There were a lot of grass clippings. Greens were shaggy. This is understandable if there has been a lot of rain.
