Lousy greens
Layout is decent but the greens are terrible. Huge dead spots on all of them. Sand traps are also in terrible shape and many are unplayable.
Dying greens
This looks like it used to be a good course but they are not maintaining it and the greens are very poor. Many have large dead spots you need to move the ball off of to a better place. The sand traps are also in terrible shape and many are unplayable.
Great Layout/Greens in Rough Conditions
Played this course today. Overall, enjoyed it. The staff was excellent and friendly. The course was somewhat challenging and in decent condition except for the greens. We were told it was a rough winter for this course. The greens were the roughest part of this course. We would play it again if the greens were in better shape. For $60 a player, it felt a little overpriced based on these conditions.
Great Fun Course

First timer. Pretty cool place. The holes aren’t identical to the real thing but they are pretty close and give you a good feel of it. The Augusta holes and the stone bridges are super cool. The 17th at sawgrass tee box was beat up probably from people taking 3 or 4 shots each at it. I went out early so pace of play wasn’t an issue. Greens were faster than anything at Myrtle beach National which I played the day before. I would recommend playing here at least once if you haven’t already.
