Lots of doglegs off of the tee. Good mix of short and long par-4’s. Fair test of golf. You need to use almost every club in your bag to score well. Good greens. Great practice area.

This was a great course for me since I can hit my driver on just about every hole without my ball going out of bounds. Lots of dog legs left and right and sand traps were very well maintained. It was challenging yet forgiving at the same time. Shout out to Bill Marshall our starter who was very accomodating in giving us advice about the course. Club House is Top Notch and I will definitely play this course again.

Pace of play was excellent, just under 4 hours for a foursome. Nice layout.

The staff was great and helpful, course was fun , but challenging with the left dog legs on a lot of the holes.. Would definitely play it again!

It would have been nice to have played course before the cold snap . all the fairways were brown and the greens were all guess work, some were fast and some were very slow.

some parts of the fairway were covered with divots, golfer need to step up and fill their craters.

Fall season and rainy days prior to round affected play. Despite mother nature course was a pleasure to play.

Weather was cold (44 degrees) and very windy causing most greens to be covered with leaves and cups full of leaves. No big deal - I was looking just to work on my game some and not have a lot of pressure. I did not see another golfer all day. Course layout was fun but not very interesting. Facilities are great. I will play Port Royal again for sure..

My daughter and I had a great time and loved the course and the people.
