Pace of play was trash
Been golfing both competitively and for fun for the past 20 years. Played lots of courses and been members at a few. This course consistently overbooks their tee times. Every shot every tee box you will be waiting to play. This is my third round in the past few years here and it’s the same story every time. The course plays well, well kept. But to charge a premium for that much delay is tough. This last time out we took a rain check for our second nine because we were pacing a 6 hour round with 2 people total in our group.
Nice greens
Good course, great greens. Bermuda still brown. Unnecessarily cart path only.
Gaylord Springs
Great course beautiful, the greens are extremely fast. I enjoyed the layout of the course
Nice place wrong time
Hard for me to give this place a true review. I played it on a cold rainy day when the course was soaked and honestly probably shouldn’t have been open.
The course is obviously a very nice place it was just the wrong day to play it, there was also a whole lot of construction going on around the course that messed up some of it and made parts of it look bad. Design was nice and the clubhouse was amazing. Pretty good value overall for the money and I’m looking forward to playing it again in the summer when it is in better condition, everything has turned green, and the weather is better.
Beautiful day to enjoy a beautiful course!
We played 3 courses when we were in Nashville and this is the best of the three!
No ball washer, lack of trash cans, on course. Was not informed of cart path only until I asked on 1st tee. Tractors and heavy trailers parked on 2 different holes on the green itself and refused to move had to play around the equipment on a par 3 and waited nearly 20 minutes before we were waived up. Could not see the pin nor most of the green because of Tractor/Trailer parked on the green. Very poorly managed course. I will never play again. Nearly a 5 hour round 2 hours and 40 minute back nine. We were forced to start on 10 because of all the sand trap work and it stilled caused massive slow downs on the 2nd nine which was holed 1-9 for us. Started 10 minutes late even though we were ready for 40 minutes and parked right by the starter
Tough greens. Great facilities
Excellent course. Really fast greens. Pace of play was decent for being path only. Great staff
Cart path only ?
Good except for pace of play, almost 5 hours,
and cart path only for no apparent reason.
Course was dry, no wetness observed.
Great layout. A few holes were under construction.
Probably better in the summer
Very unforgiving when you miss a fairway. Beautiful facilities. Had to dodge equipment digging in the fairway. A lot of walking due to cart path only.
Robbery rate for construction course
There were atleast 5 holes that were a mess due to construction . 123 yard par 4 bc the tee boxes were under construction. Should never charge 70$ for that condition.
Robbery
Course and greens are very challenging but good with all the wet weather. Staff are very friendly and informative.
My son and I enjoyed our round very much
Winter Golf
Course is in good shape considering the time of year.
