Approach to the par-5 14th hole Photo submitted by ShragMagtite on 09/30/2019
Great course
The course was fun, in great shape. Starf was very helpful on giving us information on course and very friendly. We ate at the 19th hole restaurant food was great and staff very friendly. Definitely would play this course again.
Pace was very slow
Had a ranger out but he was trying to to push the wrong groups along
Bottleneck for the last 5 holes
Course in good shape
From tee boxes to greens the course was in good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful. Course is less hilly than other courses we played in area.
Crossville Course
To be honest I was expecting a typical Crossville Tn course similar to Stonehenge. They really don't compare. But, for the money you cant beat this course. I will say if I play there again I will not book a tee time so late in the afternoon on a Saturday. I was only able to get 13 holes in before I was told to bring the cart back by 6:45 pm. I started at 4:00 pm and there was no speeding up. Greens and Fairways were okay and the layout was pretty good. Reminded me of home instead of vaca.
The course was good. I booked a 4:00 tee time on a Saturday so needless to say I only got 13 holes in before it got time to turn my cart in at 6:40. Fairways were good and greens were fast. Wish I had more time.
Great course with a good layout.
The course is in great condition. The tee boxes are in good shape. Fairways really good condition and mowed low. Rough killed me. Thick and punishing. I liked the green. Solid sand base where you can tell they are maintained well. They are fast with a lot of breaks. I love the carts and staff. I appreciate having a course and staff that makes you feel they want you to have a great day.
Best course in crossville
Easier course for beginners and still long enough for better players. Staff is amazing and course is most definitely best bang for you’re buck in crossville based off quality of the course.
Freshly punched greens
Wait at least 3 weeks before playing this course.
They decided to screw our group of 12 that drove from an hour away to play the course.
Never bothered to tell us the greens were just punched and heavily sanded.
Bad business practices for a usually great course.
THIS COURSE HAS A PLEASANT, LAID BACK KINDA FEEL.
JUST RIGHT FOR THE AVERAGE PLAYER. A FEW FAIRWAYS NEEDE THE ROUGH CUT CONSIDERABLEY SHORTER. IF YOU WERE UNLUCKY ENOUGH TO GET INTO ONE OF THEM, YOU HAD TO ALMOST STEP ON YOUR BALL TO FIND IT.
Awesome conditions and challenging. Must play if in the area.
course Conditions
Golf Course was an excellent shape. The greens were well-maintained as were the fairways. The fairways were thick and the ball set up.. very difficult to find any area on the course that was not in excellent condition
Fun day.
Local knowledge is a must if you want to play well. Course is in great condition. Some of the greens are much too small. Out of bounds on every hole. I would recommend removing white stakes and playing those as lateral hazards because OB is much too close on a lot of holes. Lastly, course is overpriced by about 20 percent.
