In the historic Texas golf city of Fort Worth is the Dallas-Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle. This 10-floor property has 272 guest rooms and suites and features 16 meeting rooms with over 37,000 total square feet. There are three dining concepts as well as a breakfast buffet. It is located near the Texas Motor Speedway and 23 miles from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The Golf Club at Champions Circle is located a short drive away and offers stay-and-play packages for visiting golfers. The club features 18 holes stretching to 6,487 yards from the black tees and plays as a par 71. The facility also has a short game area, rental clubs and a driving range.Facts

Great value for the money
Great value for the moneyThe course is challenging but still fun for a high handicappers. The tea boxes were in really good shape, fairways were well-maintained, and the greens were in good shape also. Sandtrap’s had sand in them and overall the course was laid out
Interesting layout
The course is in pretty good condition, but the layout is all twisted up due to the construction of the new top golf type business, so if you use GPS it is messed up on the back nine, and the proshop and restaurant are under construction

Marshalling the course
Need better marshalling of the course. There was a family playing golf, two carts just two bags, 3 kids and a father. It took them almost 20 minutes to play the first hole. I and another person jumped in front of them and played in 3 1/2 hours.

Chalenging and in good condition
The greens are in good shape. The rough is thick and deep which slows down play a bit because it is sometimes hard to find the ball. The pro shop has been closed since the winter freeze for structural repairs and there are temporary bathrooms (with running water).

It has been 3 years since the last time I played here
It has been 3 years or so since the last time I played here. Things have changed. They must have sold the land for holes 2 and 3 for a BigShots to be put in. That ruined the front nine which is the back nine now.
Trying to get keys to a cart meant interupting some kid whose main focus was sitting on his butt and glued to his phone. The cart only lasted 11 holes and the battery light started flashing. Lucky we were by the club house and were able to swap out.

Always Fun
We love this course! They've changed up a few holes and added some new rough areas which may/not add to the length of rounds. Ours went over by 30 minutes.

Different layout
Average course conditions, layout was different, for example 10th green to 11 tee box. We followed a foursome that took 2:40 minutes to play front nine. Marshals didn’t seem to want to interfere. Staff was friendly and had beverages and snacks at the turn.

Sorry - weak layout
The staff is great. The course conditions good, slow greens. There are zero amenities due to construction. Front 9 is ok. Back 9 is very weak. No holes of any interest. Layups or par 3 for the most part. Good course for someone to learn on or play a casual round. Younger players will like the back 9 since it is open and very short holes with the exception of the 2 par 5’s. If you want a challenge, play somewhere else. Nothing against the staff. They are great. The layout is way to vanilla.

course condition
A lot of the course was over grown making it hard to see portions of the course and knowing where to hit your shot.
