About Stratton Mountain Resort

Although Stratton Mountain is a ski hub of 99 trails from the summit of southern Vermont's highest peak, summer brings the fun, too. A new bike mountain bike park has joined a lineup of summer activities including golf on a 27-hole championship course, the Cliff Drysdale Tennis program on New England’s only authentic red clay courts, hiking sections of the Long and Appalachian Trails, kayak tours, Kids Adventure Kamp and a series of events and live music. The Geoffrey Cornish-designed golf course hosted six LPGA Tour events.

Great views of the mountain.

I played Stratton with a friend who is a member there.
There are 3 nines, We started on Forest turning to Lake. 7/30 tee time, i was thinking 27. The course is lovely all bi it soaked . Standing water everywhere and super spongy. So be it . We went around the 9 holes in an hour and a half , got to the turn to see 3 groups waiting on the tee! What's up with that? The starter said "that's the way it is". We went back around on Forest. I drove @ and a half hours too play, I won't do it again.

Views were outstanding

The course was fun with fabulous views of the Mtn and lake. Par 5's are long and tight, there are elevated greens with multitiered surfaces. There is a restaurant and driving range. They have a monthly membership of $199 plus cart fee so book a room and play for a month. You just can't beat that deal.

Great Day!

What a bargain getting to golf at this beautiful course in VT at GolfNow prices. Hope to get to go back again. Lots of previous rain lead to soggy conditions and cart path only riding, but still course was in good shape for early season in the northeast.

Very scenic course

During random times of play I looked up and saw Stratton Mountain right in front of me. It was beautiful. There were some nice lakes on the course as well, but no water hazards. The only thing I was disappointed about was the regular price for 18 holes. I don't think the course is worth $95 to play.

Course layout is very good and challenging!

I have played this course 2 to3 times a year for the past several when visiting Vt. On vacation. My wife & I played the Forest to Lake 9's and found the condition to be excellent even tho it had rained heavily the day before. We're on vacation in Vt for a month and plan to play here at least 4 to 5 more times.

I enjoyed the day

the couse plays really nice especially with the choice of 3 9 hole tracks. It is challenging with a couple of par fives on each nine.. the par threes and par fours are long and somtimes challenging.there are some very challenging holes and some easier holes for a nice mix. the greens and tee boxes are in good shape and a pleasure to use it wasn't crowded although we had kind of a rainy day for our outing.

Great Course

Condition was fabulous considering they received inches(plural) of rain the night before. Greens were great. Course was wet, but no standing puddles and the course was empty. One of the best rounds of the year.

I enjoyed Stratton very much . They have 27 holes that have their own slightly different characteristics. Good value with the Golf Now rate.

Stratton golf course is one of my personal favorites in Southern Vermont. A little expensive on a normal rate but always in good shape and a definite must play with the golf now rate. The staff in pro shop was cordial , and professional. The course was challenging but fair. Pins not set up for just single digit handicappers. Greens challenging but true.
