We had issues with our carts getting locked out when on cart paths. We think that GPS thought we were in restricted areas. Also multiple single players wanting to play through slowed us down- should be making them at least double up during peak hours
odd round
Course was ok. Tee boxes bad. Fairway ok, greens ok.
Member tried to play thru and course was packed. We denied him as we were all trying to finish and get to the signature holes to finsh. He yelled, swore, and told us he was going to hit into us if we didint play fast enough. On #17, he drove past and swerved his cart into mine, cutting my leg with something . Our cart couldnt catch him. Finished in the dark . All staff gone.
What a fantastic golf experience
Absolutely everything about our day was perfect from the starter to the bartender. The personnel were remarkable. The facilities were gorgeous and immaculate and the course was gorgeous and challenging. We came from San Juan to play and couldn’t have had a better day!! Wouldn’t miss the experience if I were you.
The course is in good shape, but the pace of play is slow. Waited on every hole.
Course is OK! Not worth the Pric
Course was interesting but very wet from the rain in the early morning. Starter was OK, but seemed to be not interested in questions we had. We had to wait but he wasn’t certain how long?? Very strange! We asked where the driving range was, he gave vague directions and we drove forever and never found it. We played well and were enjoying the course when the heavens opened up, very heavy rain, we were on the tee of the 16th hole (guess that’s the only hole on the ocean, and we couldn’t even see it as weather was crazy. We ended our round and asked how to get back to the clubhouse, every where we turned the cart would stop and not let us move forward! We finally made it back, soaking wet, and an everyone else had parked their carts under cover at the entrance, no direction or organization at all. We had to unload our own clubs during the downpour and just got soaked!! Front driveway was flooded as we waited for our ride! Not a very good ending to our round. We tried to clean our clubs while waiting, but no towels provided in the cart. For the price they ask, you would expect much more, it just wasn’t happening that day!!
Slow and in poor shape
Took 3 hours to play 9. No rangers to speed up play. i
Very wet fairways. Greens were in good shape. Nearby is Bahia Beach course. Excellent conditions.
Not an ocean course
There is only one hole on the ocean, blind water in the form of a lake on 10 holes, played as a single even though there were entry of people on course o could have joined up with and the cost was too expensive at around $200

Great day on a beautiful course! There is only 1 hole on the ocean, the course was in great shape, unfortunately there was quite a bit of trash considering how many groundskeepers were going around.
All in all we are looking forward to coming back!

Course was well laid out and nicely maintained, VERY wet mostly due to rain but from what the maintenance crew said it is typically wet due to the proximity to the rainforest.
Looking forward to playing again!

The course was in great shape, very wet due to some heavy rains but the crews were out working and doing their best to keep it pristine. There was quite a bit of trash on the ground at the holes that didn’t have barrels which was surprising given the amount of staff out and about.
Clubhouse staff was very friendly and helpful, great selection of clothes and gear.
Nice course
Fun course! I come from Los Angeles where I play most of the public courses. I’d say this place is slightly above the average LA municipal. Fairways were nice. A little damp. Greens were very slow and not in great shape.
Very wet
The people were great. Not sure how it usually is, but the course was really too wet to play. Cat paths only, very muddy.
Other than that it was fine.
Good course/pedestrian clubhouse
Except for 3 to 4 holes with poor drainage, the fairways were in good shape. The greens were fair, and pleasantly challenging. The Beach/Ocean holes ( 14 to 16) were beautiful and refreshing after playing several challenging holes. The clubhouse restaurant is pedestrian at best and one would expect more from a course at this price point. All said, I am glad that I had the opportunity to play this course.
The foursome ahead slowed us down on approximately half the holes. The ranger tried to speed them up but it only lasted a couple of holes. The ranger at some point should have held them up and allowed us to play through. It was very frustrating when your are paying this price to play. The course was very wet with standing water in a number of areas. Had to lift and clean our ball on every fairway shot. They should not have charged us the full rate because of the poor course conditions. They should have given us a 50% discount.
Great layout and location but a bit over priced! The course was very wet and in some areas of the fairway it was unplayable! The greats were great so overall a good time and the staff was great!
