
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup Yellow Mustard Seed
- ¼ Cup Brown Mustard Seed
- 1 Cup Beer (Belgian)
- 1 ½ Cup Malt Vinegar ½ Cup Minced Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
- ¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg
Instructions:
Combine Malt Vinegar, Minced Onion, Brown Sugar, Salt, and Minced Garlic in a sauce pan and reduce by ½. Combine rest of ingredients, cover and store at room temperature for 3 days. Blend ingredients and refrigerate for 3 weeks before use.
