The course was in good shape when we played it. They have removed a few more trees in order to make it a far more forgiving place to play.
The staff is normally very friendly when I come out to play and the folks working on April 9th were no exception.
I did not use the driving range prior to playing the course, but they do have a large practice area that you can use to hone your short game skills.
I have always enjoyed playing Reeves because it is “friendly” for mid and high handicap players. It is also a great place to play if you have hip or knee problems (since the course is fairly flat).
Nice course
The course was in excellent condition but the rough was higher than usual. We spent way too much time looking for balls that missed the fairway. Several trees have been removed making the fairways even more open.
the masters
I felt like I was playing at the masters. The rough was very high. Not your fault with all the rain. It was very challenging but was still fun. I love the course. The fairways were tight. Greens were fantastic as usual.
Reeves
This course 's greens and fairways were in the best condition of any course I have played this year.
It's rough.
Clean the porta potties please. It looked as though it hasn't been cleaned in over a month. Smelled like someone died in the thing. I should have just whipped the little guy out in the woods and do my watering, but wanted to polite. The staff had the attitude they didn't want to be there. Overall course condition was poor. Could be a cool course to play if you were to clean and maintain the weeds and disease.
Good times at Lunken
The course was in good shape. Rough was high and thick needed to stay in the fairways. Beautiful day for golf
Rough
Rough was rough due to the rain and my driver just thought it would be funny to not work to go in the shirt grass. Me and my buddies love this course. So much fun.
Good
This course is great to play in bad weather. Almost always allows carts to go out.
