Coyote Run Golf Course (formerly known as Rushcreek Golf Course) is a public, nine-hole course located in Thornville, less than an hour from downtown Columbus. The course is not one of the central Ohio area's well known options, but it offers a casual and enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. The layout features bentgrass greens and Bermuda grass fairways. Opened in 1974, the landscape has had time to mature providing enhanced scenery and conditions. The golf course is easy to walk, which makes it great for seniors. The layout is player friendly and ideal for beginners but more advanced players can get in some good practice, especially for the price.
