Older course with open fairways with a decent layout

I got a hot deal to play this course on golf now. When I first saw it, it was $29.99, then when I went to book 20 minutes later it was $49.99. For two people I paid $102 and I know these days $51/person isn’t bad at all. But man… the course was in poor shape I’ll just say that. Everywhere the grass was overgrown. You hit a ball that lands off the fairway? Forget it. Landscaping crews in the middle of the fairways at noon on a Thursday. Range was closed. Aerated greens. For a course that charges $70-$80 on a regular day, it plays like a $30 neighborhood course. The pro shop guy and the starters were friendly. But that’s pretty much the only plus.

I highly recommend trying to play this course, in the next couple of weeks. Greens were sanded recently, but are rolling good anyway. Overall conditions are Very good. Like most courses, it pays to have some course knowledge. Stay below the hole and keep it in the fairy. The outer rough was not mowed, due to recent rains, so dont hit it there! One of the better options around .

The fairways were in really nice shape. Just a few spots around the greens that ere bare and could use some attention. The greens were a bit grainy but full and running a little slow ( picky I Know) but over all the course is in really good shape. Pace of play was just under 4 hrs even following the high rollers group. Kudos to the staff.

Even though we played with steady off and on rain we still very much enjoyed the course and amenities.

Overall, great place to play, staff are nice and friendly, conditions were great for the price. The only issue is the pace of play. Waited pretty much every tee for 16 mins. One Par 5, there were 3 groups of 4 on the same hole, while I was on the tee box. I would still play, just wondering why this was the case on a weekday.

Course is in excellent shape from fairways to greens! Make the drive well worth it. Best conditioned public course Ive played in '26.

Greens were overseeded and sanded, but overall pretty good for this early. However, there are a lot of bald areas along the edges of the fairways and some in the fairways. Where there was grass, it was fine, but with a lot of weeds, so very different from one to the next.Tee boxes need some love too. For this time of year, its in overall good shape and is playable.

The course is nice as well as the greens! Cart lady seems to come by every 4th to 5th hole. A few bathrooms scattered throughout. They just over book people and it gets crowded real fast and they will start you on hole 19 instead of 1 it seems to make groups mad that are playing with each other when your tee time is in-between them.... I just wanna start at hole #1 I've played there 4 times and never played 1-9
