Fun Course at a great value!
They’d just moved the fairways the day b4 and grass was wet. Thus there were clumps of grass. This course has some challenging holes for beginners and those who don’t play often. Heads up, the 1st hole straight away
550yds righ out the gate! Add you’re going dead east into the wind most days! Nice thing is it’s rarely crowded! It’s a great place to get out and hit some balls and have fun W/out pressure.
Great for a muni
This is a fun little course. It’s definitely a municipal course but it has some really cool features. You are getting more than you paid for and you pretty much don’t need a tee time. Great for that quick fix after work. Can’t complain.
Great Price, Short Course, No Fairway
Overall I was content with this course. I would not pay more than the $10 for 9 holes with a cart that I paid.
The course looked very nice but it was somewhat deceptive. The grass on both the fairway and rough desperately needed to be mowed despite the fairway appearing as though it was freshly mowed.
The grass was so long that I would consider the fairway as what standard rough would be and the rough was thick to the point you could not see your ball unless standing directly over it.
The greens were appropriate and in decent shape.
Setting the mower ti the appropriate height would increase this rating drastically.
Fairways ?
The fairway is not trimmed. The grass was over 2inches high in the middle of the so called fairway. First time I ever lost balls in the middle of the fairway
For the money can't beat it
Some very challenging holes even though some are short. Well placed trees to make it tough. Fairways were ok but the greens were great. For the price this course is fun and tough. Definitely will make you take some fun shots!
Average course
This is a municipal golf course, so as expected in the middle of the city, course has to drawn as availability of space and resources. The green were good despite the weather conditions. For beginners it is good.
Very poor course conditions.
The fairways are very hard, dirt, holes everywhere. The greens are very nice but course is in very dry poor conditions.
