Bison Golf Club

Played on 8/21, not paired. Staff was fantastic especially Bob attending the carts! Made sure we had ice, helped in getting the golf bags out and back in our Thule car carrier, and secured to the golf cart! Carts are gas, cooler, no ball/club washers or gps, have windshields. Beverage cart around as well as halfway house. It’s been raining so some areas were more wet. Most tee boxes good with a couple that were hard. Fairways good and greens were slow/fast. Bunkers had sand but some were wet and a couple with standing water. Some bunkers need weeding! Cart path needs to be tilled and smoothed out to get rid of the potholes! Pace of play was 4hrs. Stopped at the bar for a cold beer and there was only one lady working the whole area! People were leaving but not her fault so would guess management! It’s a great track, pick your tee boxes for your skill level! Also golfers need to fix divots!

Even with substantial rains over the last two weeks course was in great shape. Staff was super friendly. Would highly recommend, great experience.

The course is in absolute perfect shape. Greens are pure and roll true. It’s not an easy course with many tight driving holes and lightning fast greens. Will definitely come back and play again.

Course is beautiful.a lot more challenging than rating. Greens are beautiful and fast. Beautiful course in a beautiful community with great staff.

Played this course 15 years ago and it was in pretty bad shape. Yesterday was completely different course. Greens were nice and fairways were pretty good. Directions to find next holes on the back course could be better. Overall we had a good time golfing here.

Really nice and peaceful Golf course, the background with all the trees and cabins give a nice touch. Really great course to play with friends and family. Overall, good course to play at.

Course was in great shape! Greens running smooth and pretty quick. Tee boxes and fairways in good shape as well.

Thrilled that they're open early! Course is in great shape! Sad that utility work was being conducted on my favorite hole 18 turning it into a par 3 rather than a fun par 5. I'm sure that will be resolved in the near future! Great course and restaurant!

Pretty difficult course because it's long and narrow.

Fair ways need work but greens are in great shape.

It pays to find the fairway has a whole new meaning at Bison! Errant shots will cost you here! Challenging and fun to play!

Nice track layout but only in fair condition, no beverage carts but did have shack open for food , snacks and beverages on the turn.

It’s got interesting holes mostly surrounded by homes and big trees. Greens are good, fairways are a mix of good and sparse. Had a good twilight rate with not a lot of other golfers around.

Fairways and most greens were in decent shape. However tee boxes and cart paths are in need of work. There was extensive rain 2 days prior to my round and the ground was still saturated in places. Houses are much too close to fairways and greens on some parts of the course. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fairways were patchy in a lot of places.

Greens were plush and well rooted

Tees were iffy. This is after a good monsoon rain.

That 18th hole is a bear.
