Fox Creek Golf Course

Fox Creek is a very good muni course with sufficient challenges for good players. The course is well maintained. My only negative is the software that runs the cart. It slows to a crawl near all hazards and seems to stop in arbitrary places which requires the operator to put the cart in reverse and back out. The course rules tell you to keep carts on path around greens and tees but I ha to back out of dry fairway 80 yards from a green when another cart was parked 30 yards in front of me. I think I will walk next time.

When do fat Creek got a hot deal for $33 was the first choice and was very happy with it. It was after noon and got paired with two gentlemen that were awesome and I had a great time. I would recommend 100%.

Course was great, greens and cart paths were smooth. Geofencing on carts was programmed correctly, unlike some of the nearby courses.

The Fairways were straight and long, hardly any water in the Front 9. A Great place to practice your long game (a few Par 3's mixed in as well). Love that it has a great restaurant attached with great food (Coach's Corner). They don't allow coolers, but they did not stop us from brining one in with water either. No outside alcohol but they have a beverage cart that comes around.

Dont play this course that often because there is no range to warm up at but overall the course was in good shape and the greens are in good shape. Only issue i see with these Livonia courses is nobody wants to fix there ball marks on the greens. I probably fixed 8 myself just so i could putt my ball. Kinda ridiculous that people dont help take care of these courses just by doing this simple task.

I do enjoy playing the Livonia courses and overall there solid choices for the money.

P.s. some of the path for the carts is under construction and pretty rough on the back 9 right now. Dont know how soon these will be repaved.

Good course and it was in great shape. Unfortunately, there was a really slow, loud fivesome struggling in front of us that greatly slowed everything down. I saw people behind us leave early. There was a ranger but I guessed he missed them.....

There has been alot of rain but anywhere off the fairway was a soaking wet muddy mess. My feet were soaking wet by the 3rd hole. The pace was too crowded and slow. I had to wait every hole and the two guys in back of me almost hit me twice. Not a good 9 hole round for $43
