Impressive quality
Course conditions were perfect even for late August. A top course in my opinion.
Course is great
I always like coming here. Challenging course but fun.
Nice course
This was my first time at River Wilds. Overall, I came away very impressed with the course and would return.
The course was in excellent shape. The drier weather made the areas adjacent to the fairways a bit dry and the ground harder.
The course is an excellent value and well maintained.
Very nice course for the area
Condition of the course was fantastic, greens especially were very well maintained and some of the best I’ve played in the state of Nebraska. Good mix of challenging blind holes and straight open country style fairways. Will definitely be back for another round.
Great and cheap
I like this course. It is very reasonably priced for a very nice challenging play
Exceeded Expectations
Great course really enjoyed the back nine and couldn't believe how small but true the greens played. If you live in the Omaha area it is definitely worth your time. It's a bonus if you have someone that has played the course with you.
Omaha
The course layout is unique to say the least. We had a twosome who knew the course playing with us, and still made for some tough blind shots. Holes are close together in places where you are in danger of getting hit by errant shots. We had one shot hit the top of our cart. But the 5.5 hour round was the worst. No ranger to monitor play. The twosome along with us quit on the back nine it was so bad.
Solid course. Fun holes.
Solid course. Everything is in good condition right now. Nice range, practice areas and cart paths. The hole design never gets boring. A new challenge awaits from every tee box on every hole. The rough is exceptionally challenging. There are all kinds of different shots to be found off the fairway. None of the greens are boring. Undulations and multi-teired greens are the norm here.
Great course for experts and beginners!
A challenging but enjoyable course. Definitely better to hit it slightly short than over on a majority of the holes. You pay a hefty penalty for hitting it long. But that’s part of the game and what makes this course so fun. The staff is extremely nice. And everything on the property is very well kept.
