About
Tobermory Golf Club's hilly nature makes it a tough challenge to all. The nine-hole golf course, set on the cliff tops above Tobermory Bay, offers panoramic views, including Ardnamurchan, Loch Sunart and, on a clear day, the Isle of Skye.
Tobermory Golf Club was founded in 1896. The present "heath and heather" course was designed by David Adams and built in 1935.
The signature hole is No. 7, a short par 3 with a small green on the far side of a gully. Out of bounds is to the right, rough to the left and rough and rocks long and back into the gully if you are short.
