About
Colts Neck Golf Club is one of central New Jersey's most popular courses. The diverse course offers everything from Scottish-style bunkers to sparkling lakes. Tall golden fescue rough borders the fairways and the greens are large and undulating. The course is seemingly short at only 6,236 yards but it shouldn't be taken lightly. It's much more challenging than it appears. The layout finishes with two of its toughest holes. The 17th has a tough green fiercely guarded by out-of-bounds and the course saved the most difficult hole for last. This par 3 will test even the most seasoned golfers. In addition to the golf course, Colts Neck also has a 25-station driving range that stays open late. It's a great spot for getting in some practice after work.

No Halfway House, No Cart Girl, 100$s Greens bumpy
I have played here 5 times. Normally bc I have no other choice. For this premium price, it’s a joke to not have any access to food or drinks on the course. Also the greens need to be in better shape. If this was a 60$ round, no complaints.

Great course but a bit pricey. If they come down a bit in price, It's one of the best around

The course is by far the best bang for the buck and is in impeccable shape
Public
If your not a member at their semi private course, they treat you differently in my opinion,they should just make it private for all the uppity ups that live there , so they can have that course to them selves . Refered to as the public, I wouldn't recommend this place. It's not that nice. Can definitely place at nicer courses.
Will not come back
I had a 11:57 am tee my friend an I were paired with two singles. My two some a one of the singles were there early a ready for our tee time . The other single that no one knew who he was called club house said he was arriving late. Instead of letting us go ahead a play when 11:57 came they told us we had to wait until he got there to play. When I said that is unfair we do not even know this guy the starter struggled his head a put his arms up a said that’s what the boss said to do and walked away. Very frustrating to be delayed by a stranger for 20 minutes a not even offered anything from management in return for the inconvenience. I will not recommend this course to anyway to play
Great track.
Course was in great condition. Greens were true and very fast. Got held up a bit by some slow golfers but other than that I had a blast!
Greens are too fast
The greens were too fast. I like quick greens but these were annoyingly quick. The greens are too small for them to be that quick. It was almost impossible to hold any shot on them anywhere other than where the balls collect.
Good round in the rain
Played in slight rain the other day. Caught a hit deal on Golfnow for 60.00 so it was well worth it. Course was in great shape
It’s ok
It’s an ok course. Layout is good, course is pretty easy. Has definitely went downhill over the past few years. Greens are in terrible condition, tee boxes need work and most of the staff don’t care at all. For the price they charge, it isn’t worth it.
Terrible greens
Every green was in atrocious shape. Way to expensive to play under those conditions
