Iron Creek Golf Club

Worst experience ever. Today is my birthday and my spouse decided to surprise me with golfing for my birthday. I am a new golfer so still learning. We get there for our tee time and we waiting for almost 15 min before getting checked in becasue there is one young girl behind the counter checking people in and getting food. Of course the people in front ordered food no worries it a holiday we are out for a fun day not in a hurry. While we are playing the golfers behind seemed to be in a great hurry and then the owner comes and tells us we are 3 holes behind. We'll what was fun now became stressful I stopped playing earlier because I felt like I wasnt being quick enough for people who seemed to just want to get through the holes in lighting speed and then the owner too. Did we complain when we were 15 min behind for our tee time and they had one person trying to do 2 things no we didn't we just waited. You want to go in front because you dont have patience just ask. As a new golfer I have been to a few other courses and never felt so unwelcome by other players and the owner of the course. My first time golfing was at East Park and the Tilsenview and I only encountered great staff and friendly people its was an awesome experience and kept a new person continuingto learn and try. It's not my fault you have one person behind the counter which delayed us and then I had to go pee and get a drink which we also had to wait a few min. I do jot recommend this course to anyone who can't golf a hole in 2 or 3 shots.

Moderate challenge to a lower handicap golfer. Appears easy when viewing score card, but, some holes are tricky and challenging requiring the golfer to select the correct club and place shot accordingly.
Fun course for the whole family.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Course is well maintained and quite scenic. Rolling hills and tree lined fairways.
A good golf value.

Came from out of town, visiting family. I was looking for a quick 9. Played 9 holes in an hour and half. Course looked awesome, was in great shape. I can't wait to get back next visit .
