About
Situated in the beautiful Gypsum Valley, Gypsum Creek Golf Course is known as much for its beautiful views as it is for the challenging Pete Dye and Perry Dye design. The course is perched atop a sage-covered mesa that looks out across the surrounding Red Table Mountains. Though it may be tempting to be distracted by the views, the golf course requires full concentration. This tough layout features rolling fairways that are flanked on both sides with native pinion and juniper trees. The undulating terrain provides dramatic challenges including steep drop-offs and tricky twists and turns. There are several formidable holes at Gypsum Creek G.C. but one of the toughest is the par-5 sixth, which is the signature hole. Thanks to the prevailing winds, even the best golfers will have trouble making it in two.

The Marathon
Great course for the price and the views are spectacular!!!
Great course and beautiful views
The first three holes were a little weak but after that the golf course was great. The staff was very friendly. The course was in good condition. The par 3, 17th hole was unbelievable.
Rainchrck
Although we were given a rain check from a prior round when we got to the course, the staff in the pro shop would not honor the rain check. Very frustrating. Very unsatisfactory.
Grest Golf Great Value Great Time
Golf yesterday at Gypsy Creek was a pleasure as usual. The staff are pleasant helpful and friendly. One of the starters greeted us in the parking lot with a golf cart.
The pace of play was excellent. We’ll be back.
Thursday afternoon at Gypsum
They have been going through a dry period in the area but are doing great at keeping the course looking great. Greens were fast and a bit difficult but that's on me. Really enjoyed our day.
Hidden Gem
Excellent course, exceeded my expectations. Will definitely play again when I come back. Greens were fast but true. Thank you
Good value
Interesting course layout. Front 9 full of creeks and ponds, back 9 target golf in the hills. Very fast, smooth greens. Fairways showing some dry spots with the on going drought.A
Great Day
Gypsum Creek is always in good shape. In this summer of drought and water restrictions, they have done an excellent job keeping the course very playable. The greens were a little slow but ran true. The course offers a nice combination of easy and challenging holes. The elevated 17th par 3 hole is always fun. Staff are pleasant and the range offers a nice chipping and sand trap practice area. All in all, great facilities that made for a great day!
