Rock Manor Golf Club

On a Tuesday afternoon I played 18 holes at a nice pace of 3.5 hours. The course was in great shape for this late in the season. A few tee boxes were beat up but that is to be expected. The greens were rolling great. Nice and friendly staff.

I usually enjoy a round here but yesterday we had 2-3 groups waiting on tee boxes in the afternoon. On top of that , the kid in front of us was playing with no shirt on and being recorded by the girl in the group for most of the round . A starter going around will go a long way.

Super slow. Group in front of us was holding up a ton of groups despite getting several warnings. Don’t recommend unless you don’t mind a 5 1/2 hour round. Course conditions were fine

I played Rock Manor on 8/7/26 and was extremely disappointed - and very likely will not be playing there again - certainly not anytime soon.

First, this course gets overbooked. There are a minimum of two groups on every hole each time I've played there.

Second, the course is not usually in great shape but this time it was particularly bad. The tee boxes were absolutely atrocious and the greens were in very bad shape. Normally at Rock Manor you can count on the greens being good but they were awful this time out.

Lastly, it was extremely hot and cart path only. It had rained the day before but the course was completely dry and yet it was CPO, which was absolutely ridiculous.

We paid $75 plus the GN fees for this round and I couldn't have been more disappointed. I will not be going back. There are so many other good courses in Delaware for far less money.

Thoroughly enjoy this course. Play here frequently. Would definitely recommend the course.

I like the layout the angled tee boxes but the greens had a lot of divots.. lots. For the price I paid I have played courses in PA for 35-45 that kill this course.

Course is tricky if it’s your first time playing it but I figured it out. Tee boxes and greens are a little beat up. The course layout is great and the angled tee boxes make it fun. I’d play it again but prices should be a little lower.

Great from start to finish great layout greens were fast fairways great condition will def be back

We got stuck behind 5 kids in 3 carts on the back nine and had to wait for them on almost every tee!
