Sr Tee Boxes
Staff have made tremendous improvements to the look and playability of the course. However The Senior Tee Boxes Remain in Bad Condition. 7th Hole Tee Box is Virtually unplayable.
In my opinion the tee box issue is small but seems to be ignored. I love this course and play it often.
NOT TWILIGHT + Rude Staff
My friend and I both drove over an hour to meet here for a Saturday afternoon round. We came here specifically because they offered twilight golf. We were unfortunately kicked off the course at 6:45 (before sunset and still ample light to play). Restaurant was closed by then and the manager was very rude when we spoke to him.
Course was decent, solid for intermediate golfers. Had several singles trying to play through us the whole game though. No course etiquette, no cart tech, no hole layouts or tee box distances either. We will not be returning here.
What happened to the greens?
The course has been in great shape for years, ever since the irrigation was redone. The greens are suddenly in sub par shape for my last two rounds here. I heard they got a new guy who is triple-rolling them, but haven't verified this. Need to keep the greens resilient the way they have been! Great course otherwise. I'll leave another review if I see the greens improve.

Great pace of play. Challenging without being frustrating. Greens play true and overall conditions were nice.
Favorite course in Delaware
I love the layout and the staff are super friendly. Course was had a few tough fairways and greens could use a little work, but I always enjoy Delcastle
Great day!
It was an extremely hot day but the coarse and greens were in great shape despite the heat. The staff was great, they even had a guy come around with a cooler of ice water during our round which was much appreciated. Overall great day!
Gold is great here
Had a wonderful round here. Course was in great condition. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend this place. Price is lower then pay but do not think that takes away from an incredible time.
