Golfer Reviews
First and Last Time
Unquestionably, the worst course I've ever set for on. Compacted dirt fairways make your ball bounce as if you were playing on concrete. You should probably golf with whiffle balls. There's no roll out, only bouncing off the dead, weed covered desert fairways. I was down a sleeve through 4 holes. I left after 5. I could see someone being a member due to the very nice pool and bar. You cannot say enough about the staff. They were great. They have an iced cooler full of bottled water, which was nice, but there really needed to be water on the course. They should consider using ATVs instead of golf carts. What cart path there is, is like driving through the Rocky Mountains. If you've got a bad back, it's not for you. Even in spots where there is cart path, you really are better off driving beside it.
Terrible conditions.
Nothing but nice things to say about the staff that work here, but the course is in awful shape to the point where it’s just fun to laugh at it. Cart paths drives like your mountain climbing, the ‘fairways’ are just dried out dirt-so if you hit a shot you can count on atleast 30-40 yards of rollout PAST THE GREEN. Most of the tee boxes are just dried out dirt so good luck actually teeing the ball up. Again I will say the staff is great and so polite. Greens fees costing 23$ still felt like a ripoff considering the fairways are predominantly dirt.
Fairways are hard and rough, cart paths are terrible, greens were soft and in decent shape. For $22 a good 18 hole course.

It’s a great layout and the pace of play was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and helpful getting us started. The course was pretty rough. I’m sure they are doing all they can to keep it in the best shape possible. Hopefully some cooler days and more rainfall will help. We enjoyed ourselves and will look to play it again sometime
Fun Course
I enjoyed the course. Everyone is always very nice.
Wouldn't recommend

Staff and clubhouse were great and probably the best part of this course. Driving range is poor quality just some hard turf slabs put down on mulch. Tee boxes were very hard to the point you couldn't hardly put a tee in the ground. Cart paths where there even were cart paths were tore up and missing patches of concrete. Fairways were in horrible condition very patchy grass and hard dirt. Roughs were way overgrown to where you couldn't find a ball if you knew where it was. Greens were squishy and basically flooded from the sprinklers.
Since its not letting me rate with the stars

Great clubhouse & staff, poor course conditions, 7-some!!'
Have played here many times, but probably not again for a while. Course is in rough shape. Awesome clubhouse and inside staff, but they allowed a group of 7 guys to play together. Pace was good after the 7-some randomly quit after hole 10.
Fairways aren't in great shape, most cart paths are mud, greens not like they used to be.
Bellevue Course
A lot of maintenance is being performed on the course, but there is still a ways to go. Greens are in decent shape but extremely fast. Tee boxes are being improved, but could really use some watering. You basically need a hammer to get the tee into the ground. Fairways are in fair condition but remain very rough/bouncy. So far, better than last year, and I think it will continue to improve based on new management efforts!
Very disappointing
Through 18 holes, the course overall has alot to be desired. Tight hard fairways with spotty grass. Rough the is entirely unplayable around most areas. Water leaks throughout the course. And greens so hard that balls dropped in from 50 yds, fail to stay on the massive expanse of slick shirt grass. At the full greens fee rate? I would consider this a major fail.
Otherwise the staff and clubhouse amenities are top notch. Probably THE best part of the experience.
Great Greens
Fairway is a little rough, but the greens are great. It's been dry so it should get better.
Give it a try - we'll be back
