Pine Hills Golf Course sprawls across a scenic landscape that an abundance of wildlife also calls home. The course is in Laingburg, Mich., just 20 minutes from East Lansing. The layout weaves through mature forests and wetlands that adding to both the scenery and the level of difficulty. The site was used as farmland until the 1960s when it was converted to a nine-hole golf course. The next generation of the family that the land belonged to added another nine to make the course what it is today. Water or trees frame every hole. Beware of the seemingly mild appearance of some holes, they can be harder than you think.
