Great old school golf course
I like the course design of Ruth Park. It is an old school design that is easy to walk with some interesting holes. I wish the driving range was open for some pre-round practice. Overall, this course is back on my list of courses to play after they improved the maintenance practices.
Decent but not great
Overall the course was fine, but there were quite a few areas on the fairways that were patchy and could use work. I get they can't do anything about the recent rain, but there were a lot of low spots with standing water in the rough and some on the green. Played fine, just probably wont be back.
Nice course for the money but.....
The starters for this place need to get their act together. WHY WOULD YOU SEND OUT A THREESOME FOLLOWED BY A SINGLE? Makes NO SENSE!!! Also, no course Marshal to keep the pace going; The twosome in front of use was playing multiple balls, forcing us to constantly wait for them
Nice old school course
I have not played Ruth Park is over 15 years. I got a recommendation from a golfer last week and decided to give it another try. The course is in great condition and is very interesting layout. I will add this course into my rotation of courses to play going forward.
Worth it!
Fun and challenging. Really couldn’t ask for more or better.
The green at hole 5 requires a super pro wedge shot. Try it some time. You’ll see exactly what I mean.
My wife and I will definitely play again.
I broke my femur a few years ago and can’t walk that long of a course without pain and after 6 pm was not allowed to use a cart to play 9.
A fun round of golf
I made a tee time as a single hoping to join up with others. I did and had a great time. I will be back soon
