About
White Springs Golf Course is a player friendly and affordable course in Greenville. The course has a traditional layout that has been open since 1937. It is a very mild challenge at just over 3,000 yards in length and the design is straightforward with no hidden hazards. The bentgrass greens are well manicured and the holes are mostly straightaways, making the course an ideal round for beginners and players that enjoy hitting long and straight. The occasional water hazard comes into play and there are only a few bunkers but they are strategically placed along the greens. Seasoned players looking for a tough test won't find it here, but White Springs Golf Course is great for some practice or just for getting in a quick round, especially for the price.

Best Value for the Money
We enjoyed our round at WS. Booked with a $5 hotdeals so you can’t beat that. The course wasn’t in the best shape, but we were able to get around the course quickly and it wasn’t too crowded. The lady working in the club house was very friendly, as was everyone else out playing.
OK Course
Have played here many times, course is really dry now, there is no fairway irrigation, Greens are tough to putt on, most are sloped and fast.
Staff is really friendly and easy to deal with.
Waste of time and Money !!!
Course is in decent shape, however sprinklers were turned on every hole at 1pm. The staff was hungover and very passive ! My cart died on hole 2 ! They only have 9 holes and just have you play the same 9 twice ! When we came around the second time my dead cart was still on hole 2 ! Very unprofessional staff as well as quirky decent course, I wouldn't recommend to anyone !
don't waste your money
My tee time was 1:00 pm, but a group 3 of teed off at 1:00pm instead of me. They would not offer me to play through. This same group of three then skipped hole #4 because there were other 9 golfers all playing hole #4 at one time. They too did not offer to allow me play through either. Just picked up my ball and left. The Superintendent did nothing and was totally unhelpful.

Pretty short course, it's in good shape in 2013, friendly staff, unhurried play.
Worth a stop
Course is kept in good shape. Trees provide the challenges. IT's Golf- this course is fast to play and a great way to spend an afternoon.
