About

Holes 18
Type Public
Par 70
Length 5588 yards
Slope 118
Rating 66.7

Nestled in the beautiful Rogue Valley, Dutcher Creek is located on the site of the old Boersma Dairy. Pastureland and apple orchards border the par 70 course, and expansive 360 degree views of the Siskiyou and Grayback mountain ranges can be seen from every hole.

Water adds a touch of beauty and challenge on 12 holes as creeks, lakes, and ponds come into play. You'll often catch a glimpse of waterfowl and wildlife in and around the course. This course is easy to walk. Many of the tees are elevated, but the terrain is mostly level with only a few hills.

Most of the fairways are wide open, but tree-lined chutes pose challenges on several of the men's tees. The Dutcher Creek pro shop offers equipment, clothes, snacks, and beverages. From the patio outside the clubhouse, golfers can relax after their game and observe a panoramic view of the entire course.

The setting here is spectacular. The course is fun for both the novice and the experienced golfer, plus Dutcher Creek is one of the best price values in Oregon golf that you can find.

Questionable

Beautiful day, course looked way better than other times I've been there. We got in trouble TWICE by a cart patrol guy that said we were in a no cart area. I get having rules, but what about the group of FIVE playing in front of us that cut in front of us at hole 10? Oh wait, that was the manager. He must be exempt from rules! A little off put at the arrogance to say the least. I mean, it's Dutcher Creek. It's supposed to be a relaxed fun course, not an a-hole club.

Course has nice, fast greens.

For the first time having played this course, I found it to be enjoyable. Fast well maintained greens and fairways. Slightly challenging with well placed green side bunkers and plenty of trees. There are a few holes with water natural ponds and streams, none of which came into play for me on the day I played. On this crisp fall day, with all of the fallen leaves it sometimes made it difficult to locate your ball.

Very friendly staff, I would recommend to a friend and will definitely visit again

Short and Sweet

Par 70 Short narrow holes puts a premium on accuracy..9,10,12 all par 4s require an accurate tee shot. Driver is not necessarily the case. Great course to work on your short game. Greens are more than fair and give a chance to score. 18 is pure fun. Layup tee shot to a second shot over water . If your dialed in this course can lower your HCCP. Rounds of 74..73...73

Nice Staff and course

My wife and I were traveling through and decided to play 18. It had been raining for days but the course had drained very well. The greens were in great condition and the fairways were adequate. The signage could use some work but temporary signs got us through the round without any problems. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. I would play here again.

Good layout but Thumbs down

Many lost balls in the fairway. Fairway was unmanicured. Greens were sanded on back 9. Overall layout is good. But needs some serious staff to make this course live up to it's potential. I wouldn't recommend at this time.
