About
The rolling terrain of Lake Oswego Golf Course provides the golfer with a variety of approach shots not found at many executive-style courses. This 9-hole, par 3 course plays to 1,607 yards. At par 30, the course is challenging for both the beginner and experienced golfer.
The course is equipped with a covered and lighted driving range and a pro shop with the latest clubs and accessories. Enjoy your favorite beverage or food either before or after your round at The 19th Green Cafe & Grill. The cafe offers a full lunch menu, with breakfast served on weekends only. The cafe opens at 6:30 am and closes at dusk. Catering services for special events and tournaments are available.
Lake Oswego Golf Course welcomes private tournament or play days for families, neighborhoods and business events, or any special event. Contact the pro shop for tournament packet information.

The new course has arrived!
It's here! The new 9-hole executive course now replaces the previous 18-hole course of all par 3's.
We are very lucky to have Dan Hixon create this course. If you ever see his name on a course, know it is a good one! The course is about as good you make a par 30 course (fun, interesting, challenging). This course is not too hard, but the green speed and undulations keep better players from lots of birdies.
The course just opened this week for play and is perfect shape!

Over all like the corse.
Fairways are nice and ‘flat’ (non bumpy) wish holes are a little better marked. Would be also nice if the golf carts are a little cheaper to rent. ESP with someone with long walking disability..

Great for what you need
Look, you want to play a quick Par 3 and get out for a quick round.
This isn’t exactly August National but it definitely fits the bill.
Biggest issue is the volcano greens make holding the green and putting a little tougher, but it’s part of the Muni charm.
Great little restaurant with food, snacks, and plenty of beer choices for the course.

Par three practice
Iron play and putting is the way to lower a score. This was a pleasant way to practice while enjoying a nice walk with my daughter. The course is in great shape and the small greens make every hole a challenge.

Thought it was nice…
All the holes are quite short and pretty much straight shots. There was lots of residual damage (trees down, areas roped off) from a winter storm but nothing that interferes with play - it just meant that lots of big trees are gone. Overall a fun, quick course to play!
Nice big driving range, too. Snack shop is a window in the clubhouse - didn’t partake.

Greens were awful
This is the 2nd time I've played this course this year. First time was very early in the year and they had just punched and sanded the greens, worst greens I've ever putted on but understandable as it was very early in the year. This last time I played it was prime golf season and weather and the greens were still punched and sanded. The whole point of playing a par 3 course is to work on your short game. Hard to work on your short game when the ball is bouncing all over the place extremely slowly.

A $10 course at best for families and beginners.
I understand the course was greatly damaged during the ice storm in the winter but had assumed by messaging on the website that the course was in shape for all 18 holes. Wanted some iron practice so decided to play. Instead, we were told as we arrived we could only play the front nine and if were to play the 18 which we paid $20 for, we’d play the front again.
Also didn’t realize we’d be playing on sanded tee boxes and aerated greens in horrible shape. Practically putting in fairway. For $20? Never again.

Not Good At All
We didn't know the back nine was closed. We didn't know the greens had just been treated. It was slow, slow, slow. Just not a good experience all the way around.

The back 9 is closed and the greens were recently plugged but otherwise I love playing course.
