Nice Course
Nice course in good condition. Working on cart paths right now, so a little construction but doesn't interfere with golf. Nice to see sand in sand traps!! Greens a little too fast in my opinion, but overall condition of course was great compared to many others played this time of year!!
Ongoing construction.
The only reason I gave the overall condition of the course a four-star instead of five was it I’m going construction. We were not advised of this prior to the round. The course is putting money back into the course and it should be beautiful starting in the spring of 2021. We enjoyed our round and can’t wait for our next round there.
Short the greens
Course is rock hard, but beautiful fairways. Greens are crowned does not reward good shots. Still, a gorgeous course and layout. Greens were running 13 or 14 on the meter when we played. Lots of construction ongoing of the course. Putting in 8 foot wide cart paths around most of the greens. It’s going to be beautiful when completed. Does not take away from playability of course. Will be back.
Nice course
Very nice course. Really good conditions. Need another week for greens to recover from aeration. Fun to play. Definitely give it a chance.
Nice day on the course
Course is in very good shape. Greens are smooth and fast.
Fun little course for short hitters
Mostly holes and no par 5s, but interesting enough for an enjoyable round. Driving range and putting green. Pretty good shape, although weeds with white flowers in the rough can make it tough to find your white ball. Nasty, unpleasant woman working the clubhouse this day; other employees I’ve dealt with have been pleasant.
Greens are lightning fast and smooth
They have done some great work here over the past year or so. Greens were amazingly fast and smooth - putts roll true.
They have done good work fixing the grass aprons around the greens creating some collection areas.
Some bunkers added, some removed. The sand was good sand but it was very shallow. Difficult to play a traditional blast from a greenside bunker.
Pace of play was great.
Great value for the cost. Will look to add this to the rotation more often.
Good course for all skill levels
Was a little disappointed back two tee boxes were removed “for pace of play” reasons but the course is a good one for beginners and experts alike. Removed a lot of trees which is nice. I might go back but it’s a bit of a trip for me because I shot my best round of the year there
Terrific course and a great time!
we've played several courses in our area since this coronavirus mess started and i gotta say Bethlehem Municipal is BY FAR the nicest course we've seen. i knew they put a great deal of money into the facility and it really shows. the result is a much more open feel with very nicely groomed fairways, rough, greens and even the bunkers. only thing lacking that i wish they'd remedy is to put back the signs marking each hole; number, distances, layout.
we will most certainly return to Bethlehem Muni in the near future.
Playable
Great course that feels very friendly... challenging holes that won’t beat you up... very enjoyable!

Disappointed
I was looking forward to trying this course because it's listed as 7000 years and it's hard to find long public courses. When i got there, they had the back TWO tee boxes closed for no reason other than "most golfers can't handle a course over 6200 yards." I got a lecture about it, too. This place caters to 25 hcp players, which is fine, because the course itself has all the personality of a slice of white bread and was only in B- shape. That's apparently a massive improvement, but no second cut of rough, the greens weren't rolled and they took out hundreds of trees recently so there aren't any good sight lines. I won't be back.
Improvements
Course looking and playing much better after improvements made! Greens were running great and fairways in great shape. Revamped bunkers!! Great shape! More improvements to come!!
