Great value public course
Cloverleaf is an affordable public course with three 9-hole tracks to play. It's a short course with lots of hills and trees, but no sand traps and little water, which makes it plenty scoreable.
Each nine has variety among the holes, especially for elevation changes. Lots of up and down or left and right holes are on the course, especially on the first nine holes, which was my favorite set. The fairways and tee boxes were pretty fair, and the greens were surprisingly consistent. The clubhouse was small but offered food and items for great prices. Rates for play were also some of the lowest in the area.
Overall, this course is great for general public play, as it's fun and not difficult. My group player various golf games across all three 9-hole tracks and had plenty of fun. I would definitely return again.
A Hidden Gem of 27 Holes
Cloverleaf Golf Course is a solid golf course. It has 27 holes and you get a lot of bang for your buck. They offer some nice specials during the week and on the weekend after 3:00 PM. It's well taken care of and nobody is going to ever call it Oakmont but for your average golfer it's a nice course. The 3rd Nine is the shortest and easiest of the 3 courses. If you're in the Murrysville/Delmont area I recommend playing 27 holes at Cloverleaf!
