Poorly Maintained Par 3 Course
This course was poorly kept. Greens were a complete joke and painfully slow. Like putting on sponge grass. Goose feces all over the place. Course winds through housing development. New housing going up and wouldn't be surprised if they bulldozed the place for more housing. Would be a better use of the land. Will not be back.

Good practice for the short game
This was the first time I've played this course, and I'll play it again. Course was in nice condition, but there were a couple spots that were pretty burned out (including a green). Easy layout but close to the lake, so it was fairly windy.
