Suggest you find best time to play when there is not threesomes and foursomes in front and behind you all day.....
Best course conditions I've played in the area
Greens is the main area I look at and is what makes me go back again. Overall course conditions are in great shape. They recently punched the greens so it was a little jumpy. It should be back to its great condition soon.

A must play course
The course was amazing well maintained great greens the pace of play was perfect the marshal kept everything moving at a good pace even with slot of golfers on the course definitely one of the best courses in the area will recommend to everyone

Great
Gave the course mostly 4-stars. Honestly, I’d rate it as 5-stars compared to every other course around here. It’s really immaculate. But again, this is compared to other courses around here.

Good Value
Panorama has taken the mantle of best public course in Conroe/Willis area and ran with it. They had just aerated the greens when I played, but still good condition.
Only hang-up was we got put behind a group of 4 old geezers that stole my ball when I drove within 20 yards of them (short par 4 that I went over trees to reach.. complete accident honestly). They took forever at each hole and really slowed the pace. It was great before that though. I’ll definitely be back.

Great conditions, but greens punched in the last few days.
The Super does a great job keeping this course in great shape. I hope the course management understands what a great job the super does day in and day out to this course. The Rolling Hills nine is just perfect right now. This course gets a lot of rounds and those in carts don't necessarily adhere to the proper 90* rule. Despite that, the tees, fairways and bunkers are in great shape.
The greens were punched probably on May 13. It should take 10-14 days to recover. Keep that in mind when making your reservation. Nothing noted on this site said the greens were recently aerated which was a little disappointing. I'll return to play this course, but it will be in a couple weeks.

A great course
Fairways and greens are in excellent shape. Beautiful scenery. Lots of trees. Course provides elevation changes along with fast greens. Must use strategy for landing areas on the green such as making sure you land below the hole etc. with approach shots. . Great layout. I would say this is in the top 3-4 courses I’ve played all year and I play all over. I drove an hour to play here for the first time and I will be back. It was definitely worth the trip.

Fairways and greens in excellent condition. Course is not long but requires decent accuracy. The greens roll true and fast. Bring your A game for your putting or you'll be 3 putting.

The course was in great condition. Super hard greens and fast. Probably the best greens, I have played on. Worth every penny and would play again.

27 holes no backlog
Great day to play this course with a good friend. Several challenging holes. We enjoyed the pace no pressure from back players and none in front of us.
