5/11/24 at Panorama
Course was in very good condition. Greens were fast and true, Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Pace of play (7:54 Tee time) was slightly less than 4 hours.Course was worth the money ( weekend rate) .

Great public course
The course is laid out well and one of the better public courses I have played.
Great time
First time playing here. All the other courses were closed due to high amounts of rain. Snagged an early tee time here and it was a blast. Definitely recommend.

Best for the price
Overall course conditions are good for the time of year. Fairways are sparse in some areas. Greens are fantastic! Possibly the best pace of play (3:40) in the area for a Saturday afternoon.

Great time
I enjoyed the conditions. The greens have been aerated and are approaching excellent conditions. Great course for the price.
Disappointed
Just not good. Left early. Slow, fast bumpy greens which is worst scenario. Fairways 50% dirt. Boring layout. Won’t be back.
Fun Little Gem In Conroe
This is a fun course for sure. The staff were extremely personable and friendly. The course was in decent condition with some little hiccups but overall pretty good. The carts are the nice ones with the screens and speakers which you can connect to. The course itself is pretty tight and holes are next to each other but if you can hit them straight it shouldn't be an issue. Greens are a tad slow but roll fine so its not a big deal. Altogether its a good experience and I would recommend a round here to anyone.
27 Holes, Area to Practice, Not so good course conditions
Course layout is nice especially with the three 9’s. The clubhouse is conveniently located. They have multiple practice areas, but don’t forget the range balls before you head to the range. The golf carts are horrendous and squeal upon turns and takeoff. The tee boxes are dirt or sand and the fairways are sand and roots. Luckily the tee time was a deal time but even that might have been too much to pay.

Good course but very little grass in fairways
Fairway only for 9 holes. Very little grass, many spots of dirt in the fairway. Greens were good, bunkers very firm and shallow.
