Geat day, cloudless sky, 73 degrees

Played here 6/9/13 and had a great time, nice course well maintained and some really fun holes, #16 is a blast hitting down a steep hill to a green well below. Will return to play again any time I am in the area.

Vacation like experience

Every time we play this course, it's like taking a beautiful great golfing vacation without leaving the area! We love this course, it's well maintained, challenging and has spectacular views! It's not called Sun Country for no reason!

This course will surprise you!

Sun Country is a beautiful course that is much more challenging than it's length would lead you to believe. A beautiful setting in the Cascade Mountains near the more well known Suncadia resort, but for a lot less money. Most holes have rather narrow fairways with lots of pine and fir trees lining them, but the scenery is spectacular! Hole # 15 is unlike any other hole you have ever played!

A little bit of everything

Sun Country is a great little course that sits in the valley just outside of Cle Elum. The course yardage plays shorter than most, but places a premium on hitting your shots strait and knowing the yardages for each of your clubs. You get a little bit of everything from elevated tees and greens, to tight fairways with approach shots over water. You sometimes find yourself needing to be a little creative with your shots. My wife and I had a great time taking in the views and playing a course that wasn't overly packed on a Saturday afternoon. If you are in the area and want to play something a little more challenging than resort golf, this is the place.
