Perfect Spot for Tri Cities
This is my favorite place to play in Tri cities as it is not so busy you feel rushed, people behind you are so chill, and always such nice players. Definitely a hidden gem, mostly locals go here which gives it a good feel. Jeff is an awesome guy who really is genuine and loves the game.
slow greens
The greens are the slowest I have ever played. It is like putting on the fringes of other courses greens.. The during golf cart rentals are lije the ones other courses scrap. No strap to hold the bag on my cart. . Straps are easy to replace. I could pit up with the fivesome ahead of us but having 10 students on the seventh tee was too much. We paid for nine holes but have to skip the seventh due to instructor and students on that tee block. If you like for pasture golf, this is the course for you. I will never return.

I think could be better so you can get more people coming to play it look up Lagrand country club also echo city golf course you should make it like those one they are 9 holes golf course theres a lot of people going to those golf courses to play there
Value, Friendly
Great course and friendly helpful staff. Green's and fairways well maintained. Easy to tell where the primary cut is and where fairways are. $22 for 9 holes if walking or you have your own cart. That's right no trail fee if you have your own. I played this course some years back and it has changed night and day since then. Its truly a hidden gem. I would rather play 9 at this course that the other one in West Richland. Perfect for the advanced golfer and the newer golfer. Pace is excellent and generally the other players wont hit into another group. Going back again as soon as I can.
Play Local
Excellent 9 hole golf course with driving range and PGA golf professional and teacher Jeff Marcum as owner and teacher. The course is in much better condition today than it was the last time we played there. $22 for 18 holes if walking or if you have your own cart. That's super cheap and well worth every dollar. Great place to go if you are starting out in this game. Pro shop sells balls, gloves, clubs, even has rental clubs, walking carts and trail carts and golf carts. The sell snacks, beverages, and cater for events with a full size 1500sq banquet room! What else do you need?
Great Value for a Short 9-hole Course
Buckskin golf is a no frills course that caters to the locals. It is a 9-hole course that includes 2 par-3s, 6 par-4s, and 1 par 5. The greens and fairways have improved greatly over the last five years. The greens are cut a bit long for my liking. They have a nice driving range that extend about 250-yards and you can get a yearly range pass for around $250. Buckskin is fun and nice to have as a local course.
